Harn at Ladies View and Muckross House

Today we visited some of the most beautiful, and memorable, places in the Killarney region. In this picture above we have Mike and Liz at the Torc Waterfall, just outside Killarney town, in the Killarney National Forest Park. Mike is sporting his Greenbay Packers. I hope we are safe.

We drove up the Ring of Kerry road to Moll's Gap at the top of the mountains, where i took this picture of Liz and Mike, with the mountains, and the Gap of Dunloe in the background.
Never be surprised at what you meet on the roads in Ireland. This lamb was just one of many, and you do need to be careful. Just slow down, and do not frighten them.

Ladies View, is the beauty spot, made famous forever, as it was here that Queen Victoria stood with her handmaidens, and proclaimed it to be the most beautiful view in the Kingdom. Here we have Mike and Liz, adding to the beauty. I suppose you still might need to be a Packer fan.
Here we have them at Muckross House, where the Queen stayed during her visit. Would she have allowed him in with that shirt?
Liz is doing her take on the Queen here, showing off her Kingdom to her entourage.

A picture of the rear of the house, with it's beautiful garden. Liz absolutely loved the tour of the house, and it is worth a visit.
A massive oak tree, just one of many old and magnificent trees in this fabulous estate.
This rockery is another delight in the garden.
More beautiful flowers in this garden, which was especially designed and prepared for the Queen's visit.

This was another really nice day, and rounded off with a night of wonderful Irish music and dance at the Celtic Steps traditional Irish music and dance show in Killarney, a must while you are there.

Not the best picture, but you get the idea.
If you want to see world champions in action then this is the show for you.
